Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
| • | Drive company vehicles safely for customer visits, deliveries, and material collections. |

| • | Visit existing and potential customers to promote printing and packaging knife products and services. |
| • | Develop new customer relationships and identify potential sales opportunities. |
| • | Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Knife Section/production team. |
| • | Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments when required. |
| • | Deliver finished knife products to customers and collect materials or samples from customer locations. |
| • | Maintain proper records of customer visits, orders, deliveries, and collections. |
| • | Provide regular feedback on customer requirements, market conditions, and competitor activities. |
| • | Ensure company vehicle is maintained properly and report any vehicle issues immediately. |
| • | Follow all UAE traffic rules and company safety procedures. |
| • | Perform other duties related to sales, delivery, and Knife Section operations as assigned by management. |
Requirements
| • | Valid UAE driving licence. |
|---|---|
| • | Previous experience in printing, packaging, die-making, knife manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred. |
| • | Sales and customer-handling experience will be an advantage. |
| • | Basic knowledge of printing/packaging processes and cutting dies/knives is preferred. |
| • | Good communication and interpersonal skills. |
| • | Ability to communicate professionally with customers. |
| • | Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations. |
| • | Willingness to travel within the UAE for customer visits and deliveries. |
