Job Title: Railway Track Supervisor

Department: Site Operations

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Railway Track Supervisor to manage daily site work, supervise labour, check work quality, and ensure that railway track work is completed safely and on time.

Roles and Responsibilities / Duties

Supervise daily railway track maintenance and repair work at the site.
Manage labour and assign daily duties to workers.
Check the quality of work and ensure proper completion.
Take daily measurements of completed work and maintain records.
Prepare daily progress reports and attendance sheets.
Ensure that tools, equipment, and materials are properly used and maintained.
Follow railway safety rules and site instructions.
Coordinate with railway officials, engineers, and company management.
Report daily work progress, material requirements, and site issues to the office.
Ensure that all work is completed within the given timeline.
Maintain records of labour, materials, measurements, and work completed.
Immediately report any safety issues, accidents, or problems at the site.
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of railway track work and maintenance.
Ability to manage labour and site activities.
Basic knowledge of measurements and site documentation.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Willingness to work at railway project sites and travel as required.
Qualification and Experience

ITI, Diploma, or relevant qualification preferred.
Experience in railway track maintenance or construction work will be an advantage.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply, depending on project requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
